Dear Madam President Carwell,

We worked hard to put on the NTA 2009 Conference which was held at Ohio
Aerospace Institute in Cleveland, Ohio.  We are glad to know that you had a
great time in Cleveland.  The committment and fiscal strength of the NTA local
chapters are key to the survival of our organization.  As President of the
Cleveland Chapter, I will continue to promote the tips for successful NTA
Chapters outlined by you.  Our chapter is extremely proud of our Vice
-President Dr. Bilal Bomani for his recent accomplishments.  I look forward
to the opportunity to assist the NTA Board Officers in moving this organization
beyond past accomplishment and into new ideas that are implemented, sustained
and measured.  Good luck in your new leadership role.

Sincerely,

Lateef Saffore Ph.D Candidate, President of NTA Cleveland Chapter
