NSAO, LLC Labor Price Increase
When NSAO, LLC started doing business now more than a year ago, Adam & Rick
decided to roll back the previous price increase that the Copeco, Inc Network
Division had made. Since we now have a year's worth of business history to look
back on as NSAO, we find it is necessary to reinstate the $10/Hour price
increase effective April 1st 2004 for all new customers and May 1st for all
current Time Block customers. We hope that all our customers which we consider
our friends as well understand and value our services. A complete listing of
current and previous labor costs follow:
CURRENT vs. PREVIOUS
Hourly $95.00 $85.00
5 Hour Time Block $425.00 $375.00
20 Hour Time Block $1,550.00 1,350.00
As a reminder of how the Time Block program works, in order to give the savings
the customer MUST pay in full the Invoiced amount. If the full amount is not
paid upon receipt NSAO will have to void the Time Block invoice and bill any
used time at the full hourly rate. We hope these changes will allow us to
continue to serve our customer base in the manner you have been accustomed to.

Spring Cleaning
Spring has finally made it at least as far as the calendar is concerned. With
that said may we remind you that this is a great time to consider scheduling an
On-Site Spring Cleaning by NSAO of your Workstations and Servers. As you may
know Heat & Dust are the two main enemies of electronics. The bulk of dust and
dirt found in your computer equipment is a result of the cooling fans that move
air through the insides of the system, as a result the dust settles on the fans
and components creating even more heat. The fans become unbalanced and noisy
and brings on early failure of the parts that are most affected by the
increased heat. We not only clean and oil the fans but also try to find any
possible problem areas as we work on each computer. It takes approximately 30
minutes per PC to go over the machine. We bring our portable air compressor and
set it up outside so the dirt we are removing stays outside.
