Hi Lee,

1) Has the program been working and suddenly stopped or have you just
started using it again?

2) Did you install or update any software on your PC just before the program
stopped working?

3) Have you tried changing the program properties to use one of the XP
compatibility modes?

Regards...

Lloyd

Subject: [npcug] can anyone help

Dear All,
Has anyone got any idea's as to what is causing the following error that I
have been receiving for the last couple of days ?

Every time I try to start up an old (1995 -1996) invoicing program I get an
error message saying the following - Attempt to access invalid address.
I then have to click OK to close the box and the program never starts.
If I start up in safe mode the program runs fine so I don't think the
program is corrupt.
I am using windows xp and have run panda antivirus which has found nothing.

Lee Harvey
