TED WHELLER
Ted Wheller was a lovely bloke and a very keen member though unable to visit
the field much in his latter years. When Ted died, Peter Joslin arranged the
sale of his modelling gear and all the proceeds were kindly donated to club
funds. The family want to scatter Ted's ashes on the flying field because North
Downs meant so much to him (and Charlie has agreed to this happening).
Please do not be present on the field 2-3pm Sunday 11, so that Peter and Ted's
family have privacy for the scattering of his ashes.
