That's just weird.
I'd say it smacks of mental illness and blow it off but it's hard to tell
if stuff like that is harmless or not. Personally, I'd look to see who
printed those screeds against "knee length dresses" and call them to ask
who wanted them. They apparently have a lot of choices for tracts!
