Hi neighbors,
We have a well made midnight blue leather loveseat we are ready to part
with. It has a bit of cat damage on one side, but is otherwise in great
shape. It would be perfect for a young persons first apartment or a
basement.

We are asking $100 OBO, and are motivated to move it out of our home soon
