I just went through this. There was a leak between the water supply and
the house, despite my having replaced those pipes when I moved in here. To
check if that is your problem, turn off the water at the house and then
check your water meter and see if it’s still spinning around, or have a
plumber do this. If it is, you will probably have to have your pipes
replaced. WSSC will give you a small adjustment to your bill after you do
the fix. I’d be happy to talk with you more about this if you want.
