I’m co-hosting a *Meet + Greet for Perry Paylor*, who is running for
State’s Attorney in Montgomery County. It will be tomorrow -- Thursday,
April 7 -- at 6pm, at Holly Syrrakos's home: 7216 Trescott Ave., Takoma
Park.

The State’s Attorney has the power to decide who to prosecute and what
charges to bring, and has significant influence over whether someone is
released pretrial, and what sentence they receive. *Perry is committed to
building strategies for safer communities, expanding behavioral health
services and pushing for real criminal justice reform.* (

Perry is currently Deputy State’s Attorney in Prince George’s County, where
he runs the Guns and Drugs Unit, Major Crimes Unit, Post Trial Unit, and
Grand Jury Screening. Raised in Montgomery County, Perry is a product of
our public school system, youth sports, and faith community.

Perry is the best candidate in the race to make justice in our county more
