At some time I would like to talk to you about the COE. Having served on two
incarnations of this plus the County’s energy and air quality advisory
committee, I do have some ideas to share. But whatever the Council decides,
hopefully it will not look like the most recent iteration which was rife with
conflicts of interest, generally unqualified to opine on most environmental,
and basically under the thumb of the sustainability manager
