Hello!
Just spreading the word that the Friends of Sligo Creek biannual "Sweep the
Creek" event will be taking place this weekend. There will be tables out at
various locations, with volunteers handing out trash and recycling bags, as
well as gloves. We would love your help getting trash out of our beautiful,
local creek!
In most locations, the event will take place on Saturday morning from 9:00 to
11:00, but there are a couple locations where the action is taking place on
Sunday from 1 to 3 pm. See here for more details:
