Reflections on Unification: 25 Years Later

1997 marked the year when Takoma Park officially unified into Montgomery county 
after more than 100 years divided between Montgomery and Prince George's 
counties.

Join us for a program featuring the local residents and City officials who were 
behind the successful campaign to become One County. Co-sponsored by Historic 
Takoma and the City of Takoma Park. 2 pm. Takoma Park Community Center. Free.
