One thing is for sure. Construction will take several years. It will really be
horrible for the people who live near it, who are all T.P. residents.
Along what roads are all those heavy vehicles going to access the site daily
for 2-4 years? Presumably from Piney Branch Road. But they still have to get
from there to the site itself. Along Blair Road? Sixth Street? Eastern Ave.?
