[north-takoma] Notice: Tree removal on Albany, Aug 2

Neighbors,

There may be some notice given, but we are having a dead tree removed on
Monday, Aug 2.  A crane is required, so Albany will be closed between
Buffalo and Takoma while they perform that work.  Only a few of us are
affected, but best to let everyone know in plenty of time.
