Our (crummier) car was broken into last night / early this morning. Driver
window was shattered and they took out the driver's airbag. I'm not sure if
we've been having these thefts locally but it's definitely a thing - quick
theft, high value, easy to conceal.
This was on the 7300 block of Takoma. If anyone in the surrounding blocks has
cameras / Ring footage and wouldn't mind taking a look, myself and the police
would appreciate it. I imagine you're looking for a guy with a backpack.
