[north-takoma] ISO recommendations for hitch installation for cargo carrier

Hi,

We need to buy a hitch, have it installed and buy a cargo carrier. I'm
finding where to buy bits and pieces but don't want to risk missing a
piece. By chance, if anyone has recommendations for/against someone who
does this, can you please let me know? (I've checked U-Haul but their
options are fairly limited.)
