I too have a beautiful listing coming up in Takoma Park 3-4 bdrm, 2 bath. This
will be on the market in 2 weeks. I’m sure there are other agents out there
working on upcoming listings, so your housemate will have options. In MD the
listing agent can’t represent buyers on their listing, but they can in other
listings. Please feel free to share this info with her.
