Thanks to Lauren Cooper van Tol’s great recommendation, we had a wonderful
dinner the last time this great Palestinian chicken place crossed state lines
to come from Alexandria to do one of its “neighborhood drops” in Takoma.
Delicious chicken, but also don’t miss the za’atar fries, the incredible
desserts, & the pomegranate lemonade. Man o man!

Hello from your friends at Shababi!
We had such a great time visiting our Takoma Fam last month that we're
bringing Shababi back to you. We will be hosting a second Neighborhood Drop
at the Takoma Metro Station on Sunday, July 11th at 5 pm. We would love the
chance to feed you again while we're in town!
Orders will open next Monday, July 5th at 3 pm, along with the rest of the
week's orders. To have your order included in this delivery, please add the
Takoma neighborhood drop to your cart before checking out. We will follow-up
with a text to confirm that your order will be delivered to the Takoma Metro
station on Sunday, July 11th and be available for pick-up between 5:00 - 6:00
pm. Orders will close on Saturday, July 10th at 10pm, so be sure to get your
orders in before Sunday!
