Hello Resisters!
It has been a while. I hope you are all well and warm and ready for spring!
There is so much to tell you - including the fact that RESISTERHOOD has
honored with 13 film festival awards - and it all happened because of your
support. So: thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
And now for the big news… RESISTERHOOD’s DC area in-person premiere is
happening on April 21 at 7:00 at the Silver Spring Civic Center. WOOOO! All
proceeds will go towards getting out the vote ahead of the 2022 Midterm
Elections - now that’s something to celebrate!
If you live in the DC area, we hope you can join us. It is going to be a
blast. The screening will be introduced Heather Mizeur, a candidate running
to unseat trumpian Rep. Andy Harris in Maryland’s first district. There will
be a Q&A after the screening with me and four of the film's powerful
subjects. Food and nonalcoholic drinks will be provided. We will also have a
RESISTERHOOD photo booth and our soccer playing subject, Joanna Lohman will
be signing copies of her book, Raising Tomorrow’s Champions.

We are asking for a minimum donation of $15, but anyone who donates over $50
gets their choice of Resisterhood swag.
Proof of vaccination is required and we have a COVID promise - if you
purchase a ticket but are not comfortable watching in-person you can request
a link to screen the film from home.
