Hello Councilmember Kovar,
I just wanted to send word that the work to retrofit the sidewalks along
northbound Philadelphia Avenue has been bumped up. The crew is getting
ready to start on *Wednesday, July 21st*, near the Piney Branch
intersection and work up the hill towards Chicago.
I have attached the flyer that will be partially distributed this
afternoon. The remaining homes will be flyered tomorrow afternoon.
