[north-takoma] Follow up on YC Electric

I had previously shared that I called YC Electric for an electrical problem
that I had trouble getting diagnosed.  When I got the estimate, there was a
charge for setting up the appointment, which I had never seen before.  I
contacted them and they removed that from the estimate and I authorized the
work.

They sent two people to try and resolve a problem with an overhead light
that worked intermittently.  It took them two hours to rewire the ceiling
box and the light now works.  Their price was almost exactly the estimate
and they took off the fee for the diagnostic visit, so I am very happy.
