TableFest: A Neighborhood Block Party in Downtown Silver Spring WHEN: Saturday,
September 17th, from 12 PM to 3 PM WHERE: 919 Silver Spring Ave, Silver Spring,
MD 20910 WHO: Anyone and everyone! Tickets are $50 per person and free for
children under 5, with sponsorship opportunities that support our work all year
long. Tickets are available for purchase at

Description: Shepherd’s Table is thrilled to host TableFest, a neighborhood
block party, on September 17th at 919 Silver Spring Ave from noon to three pm.
To celebrate all downtown Silver Spring has to offer, we have asked four of our
neighborhood restaurants to share a tapa-style signature plate for guests to
enjoy and then rank, culminating in crowning the “Best of the Fest” winner. The
competitors will be Negril, Lemon Slice Café, Debab Restaurant and Cubano’s,
with additional food and drink by Shepherd’s Table’s chefs. In addition to
enjoying the delicious eats, guests will enjoy a DJ and dance party via All Out
Danza, yard games, an auction and an art experience available at a small
additional cost. The event provides our community with the chance to come
together, have a good time and combat food and housing insecurity in our
