Does anyone know how TP handles dog bites, re: requirement of dog owner to take
corrective steps, e.g. first offense, dog is muzzled, second offense, owner
fined, etc.? This is for someone who is working on a policy for their condo
association, so I thought I'd share what we do in this community if anyone has
intel, thx!
