I had the opposite. Last quarter, I had a very large bill, this time a very
small bill - like $2.00. Average seems close to normal. Clearly, last quarter
had a misreading.
The one issue is that there is an increased rate per 1000 gallons for large
bills. I wonder if I can convince WSSC to refund me some money.
