Announcing The Green Rooster Food Truck in Takoma Park. This new
project, by longtime local business, The Still Point Spa, will offer
plant-based, nutritious food that is both delicious and deeply healing
to complement both the spa and other neighborhood offerings. The truck
will be parked at The Still Point Spa at 6 Grant Avenue, Takoma Park
and will provide tasty and nutritious options for both clients and the
community.
The Green Rooster Truck will offer healthy, delicious food in a
fast-casual setting. Superfood smoothies and bowls, salads, 'moles
(think: a twist on guac), medicinal elixirs, hot and cold froths, and
more will be available on their evolving healthy menu. The Green
Rooster is working with local purveyors of vegetables, microgreens,
granola, juice, tea, and more, with a mission to source as local as
possible and support entrepreneurs in the community of Takoma Park and
Washington, DC.
The Green Rooster is planning a July 2021 launch and expects to be
open late breakfast through mid-afternoon daily.
Exciting new opportunity for a dynamic, fun, health-minded foodie! The
