FLOWERS $5 - Mostly Dahlias

HERBS:  Lemon Verbena, Sweet Basil, Asian Basil (both used for pesto), Stevia 
(natural sweetener with no after taste), Rosemary, Flat Leaf Parsley, 
Eucalyptus, Thai Basil, Vietnamese Mint (for rice and grain dishes), Mints - 
Peppermint, spearmint and juicy fruit mint
Mullein for teas, Epazote,

MID-OCTOBER:  Persimmons, Grape Kiwi and, later in the year, Mache lettuce.  
This lettuce MUST be picked small as overgrown does not taste as sweet.  It 
must be mixed with other lettuces in a salad.  Whole Foods used to sell it for 
$6 a box -- not many sold.  I sell this for $3 a box.  The ground must be 60 
degrees or less for planting.
