Hi!
We have been in contact with Team Villages about locating all the tents
that are rented from the organizers. Me and Magma have drawn the layout
plan in that can be seen in
https://wiki.sha2017.org/w/Cluster:Nordic_Villages -- this plan has
also been reviewed by Team Villages.
I sent a message to this list few days ago about the terrain and placing
the tents. I have not enough information about the situation with the
water on the field, so it might be that we need to do re-planning on
site. I don't know how much in detail we should plan everything
beforehand, because the terrain might set limitations we don't know yet.
The firelane in the south of the cluster might not be needed, so it
looks like it can be used for tents.
About selecting the tent type: it might not be a bad idea to pick the
tent that has sides. The weather might be rainy. Just a thought.

Me and two others from Hackeriet is arriving late in Thursday, when are

Could we try to plan a social layout for all of us? I see team:villages
has done their best to create a layout for us[1].
We are bringing two options for community tent, and plan to adapt which
one we go for when we have talked with the rest of you.
One options we have is our Quechua T6.2 [1], but I find it can be a bit
antisocial with only one opening. Probably great for regular camping
though.
Another option we have is two 3x3m "party tent" [2] which are open on all
4 sides.
Have the danes comfirmed their 5M dome?
