The problem is fixed. You can boot from your NomadBSD stick, and do the
following:
# rm /usr/libexec/nomadbsd-install-gui
# rm /usr/local/share/applications/nomadbsd-install-gui.desktop
# git clone
https://github.com/nomadbsd/NomadBSD
# cd NomadBSD/src/nomadbsd-install-gui
# qmake && make && make install
Finally, start the installer.
