Here is the updated information for the Smith Island Bird Walk on
September 24.
*Meeting at the dock:*
We will be leaving the dock at 0900 hrs. The address is:
*51 Railway Drive* in Heathsville
He has allowed us to bump up to 26 passengers, this will accommodate all
who previously expressed interest in the trip.
*Payment:*
Please send a check to me, for $22.50 per person as soon as possible. This
way I can pay him with one check and your cooperation will ease my
financial woes.

*Contingency Plan:*
If for some reason the trip is cancelled due to weather, there will be full
and expeditious refund returned from me. I have asked the appropriate
authorities for fair weather that day, so we should be fine.
*Lunch* - due to the time of year, we may be on our own for lunch. So I
would expect each person to plan accordingly.
We will leave at 9 am and it takes about an hour to get there. We will
spend 2.5 hours on Smith Island for the bird walk and board to come home
around 12:30pm. Arriving back in Heathsville around 1:30 pm.
