KCGC is the King Carter Golf Course, located south of Kilmarnock just off
Irvington Road. HQ is Hills Quarter, the community associated with the
golf course. NNAS is the Northern Neck Audubon Society.
The bluebird season is not quite over. One more new nest this week but no
eggs yet. And some additional fledges. Still 3 active boxes.
Here are this week's details:
Eggs: 3 in one box.
Young: 1 in one box. This nest had 2 infertile eggs..
Fledged: 8.
Bluebirds fledged for the season: 81.
Chickadees fledged for the season: 15.
Tufted titmouse fledged for the season: 3.
