Our annual voting meeting is Monday the 4th at 3:30. 3:15 if you want a few
refreshments. We are meeting at Festival halle in Reedville, and following our

Subject: Chicken Dinner after the Audubon Society Meeting on 4 June
Dear Audubon Society Members !!!
I want to reassure everybody who is attending the presentation at Festival
Halle on 4 June that American Legion Post 117, Reedville, VA, will happily make
sure that you are well fed after the Audubon Society Meeting on 4 June.
The Legion Post Menu is: Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans (cooked
properly, with Ham Hock :D !!!), Baked Beans, Dinner Roll, Salad, Dessert and a
beverage (Soft Drink, Water, Iced Tea).
"Suggested Donation" is $10.00 per Adult, $5.00 for 12 and under.
Please "Pass the Word" to your membership that Dinner is available after your
meeting :D !!!
And the Legion Post is right across the street from Festival Halle, so nobody
has to drive anywhere while hungry!!!
It wouldn't be prudent !!!
And, the Legion Post holds the Chicken Dinner every Month, on the first Monday,
unless there's something else going on which might conflict with it ... like a
Holiday.... or, say the Reedville Fishermen's Museum is holding a lecture, Post
117 will adjust the date to make sure that folks attending the lecture get a
good meal before the event !!!
