Hello all,
Robert Johnston, Conservation United, recently reached out to share the
insurance product they can provide for prescribed fire practitioners. Please
see the imbedded information.
Good morning, I am working to connect with various Fire Council in
the mid-west to advise of a newly created liability insurance product for Rx
Fire/Burn organizations. As you may be aware, the insurance market has been
limited, making it difficult to find coverage. Conservation United has spent
the past 4 years developing a product and we're proud to announce that we're
open for business. This insurance is for the practitioners. Our coverage
starts at $2,500 annually and includes $1,000,000 limits for coverage.
Depending on the size/scope of the organization, the premium will fluctuate.
If you're aware of any organizations struggling to find coverage, please
