The date and time suggested for the presentation will work fine.

The title of my talk will be: "Past fire and present-day mesophication:
Implications for oak ecosystem restoration."

Attached is a mockup of an announcement used in the past.  Just fill in the
information, then advertise by email or print out (campus flyer).

Also attached are the Abstract and a couple of bios to retrieve information
from.
