Skied the center section of the trail that goes from Sherman Pass to Albian
Hill Rd (aka birthday ride). About two feet of snow and more falling. I
cleared limbs and trees again so it is good on that section. Enough snow
to get down through the woods to the power line if you are careful.

The crew working on the power line packed twin tracks about 28 inches wide
on the road from the parking lot east of Sherman Pass. This is a mile or
two above the upper entrance to South Sherman road. Easy to tour in the
tracks, but the section right above S Sherman under the line was down to
dirt so I went back up the hill. Don't forget you need a Sno Park Pass for
the lot on top of Sherman.

Send us your skiing, hiking etc information.

I asked Carmen if the FS is going to open the Boulder Pass ski trail?

I checked the trail on Sherman Creek Wildlife Area that we worked on from
Mellenberger Bridge to Sherman Homes road. Its good, but sandy on the last
section.

There are trails and mountains to explore,

Bill
