By return email please send to me your Emergency Contact name and phone
number. If you are a couple and have different contacts, then give me
both, along with your names that go with each.
Why? In the event you are injured on a NEWTS event.
What will I do with this data? Type it into our MEMBERS spreadsheet.
How will it be used? This spreadsheet lives on the cloud, and can be made
accessible by whoever is in charge of your event. If that fails, I can be
called and look up a contact number. Clearly there could be delays in the
remote areas, but the contact will be reached when possible.
My phone number is 214-912-4194. If you haven't already created a NEWTS
contact file you may want to, and include this number for emergency contact
list.
