Greetings,
I will be out of town later this week so our next practice is on the
Saturday after Thanksgiving, November 30th.
I hope to see everyone at our upcoming Push Hands workshop on Sunday, Dec
8th from 11am-1:15pm. I have titled it Push Hands: The Art of Rooted
Relaxation. Whether you are focused on form work or trying to improve your
push hands, you can benefit from being more relaxed and rooted. The
workshop is open to all experience levels. Cost is $20, unless you are
already paying the monthly New School member fee, then there is no extra
cost.
I hope everyone enjoys the break and have safe travels.
