Objective: This RFP aims to create syllabuses and modules for four selected
course clusters based on the new USAID CEGAH recommendations for the JFA
curriculum, program, structure, and design training documents.
Geographic focus: The RFP solicits applications for interventions that will be
implemented in nationally.
Qualifications:
a. Certified, legally-registered business entity;
b. By law, has the capacity to sign a contract;
c. Not under the supervision of a court, not bankrupt, its business
activity not being discontinued;
d. Not affiliated with any criminal association or activity;
e. Not suspended or disbarred from receiving US Government awards;
f. In the event that the Offeror will engage in a partnership with
another organization in order to provide the required services, the Offeror
shall have a formal operating agreement with the partnering organization which
includes the percentage of ownership. All parties to an established partnership
must be eligible for award;
g. Having a good performance record - not on any sanctions list nor
blacklist maintained by any government agency/state owned company;
h. Verified references that document work performed on at least three
similar jobs;
i. Having the ability/capacity required to carry out the specified work;
j. Not making any incorrect/misleading statements about the competence
and capabilities of its business;
k. The Offeror’s consultant team must be based in Jakarta;
l. Selected vendor must give copyright for production and distribution
rights to MSI and its government beneficiaries;
m. Experienced in working with government agencies, especially in government
internal audit related topics;
n. Experienced in working on capacity building development for government
institutions.
Expected contract type: Purchase Order
Grant Award, Anticipated Grant Size and Duration: Resultant award is expected
to be well under IDR 563,040,000. This grant will be for up to ten months in
duration.
