in the position of PR & Corporate Communications Specialist.

[PR & CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST]
Responsibilities:
1. Help the Organization by managing all internal and external communication
materials;
2. Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm, develop and implement
communication strategy. Which include various projects communication plans and
its reports;
3. Research and write press releases, speech, articles, and other various
content for the company website, infographics, blogs, and newsletters as needed;
4. Arrange and coordinate press conferences, invite media for coverage, and
create a post-event report;
5. Develop press kit materials for media outlets, including press releases,
images, pitch letters, case studies, feature articles, speeches, fact sheets,
and trend stories;
6. Evaluate public opinion of the organization and its projects through
surveys, polls, and other means. Present the feedback to the organization;
7. Adhere to the company’s style guide, ensuring that we produce
high-quality and error-free writings and publications;
8. Build and maintain relationships with key external role-players;
9. Perform “damage control” in cases of bad publicity or communication
crisis;
10. Cultivate and maintain relationships with regional and national media
outlets, includes responding to requests for information about YCAB Foundation.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in mass communications, journalism, public
relations, or corporate communications;
2. Having a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of communications
strategy development and execution;
3. Good quality of writing for Press release, speech, article, and other
types of publication;
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, which includes: crisis
communication, strategic messaging, and media handling;
5. Expected to be a strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail,
working well under pressure, and meeting deadlines;
6. Should be innovative, organized, and self-motivated with a keen interest
in driving strategic messages to key internal and external role-players;
7. Computer and digital literate with capability in email, MS Office, and
related business and
communication tools;
8. Fluent in written and verbal English language;
9. Have a strong empathy and concern in improving the underprivileged
welfare through women empowerment and children education;
10. Prior experience working as a PR consultant or agency is preferred.
