YCAB Foundation is the founding and flagship organization in YCAB Social
Enterprise Group. Established in 1999, YCAB believes in the power of education
to improve welfare. Our vision is to see a thriving world where youth and
mothers are empowered through love, hope, and opportunity to be liberated from
generational poverty in sustainable ways. YCAB is now exploring ways to
implement the last link in its change model, that is, to create a sustainable
system whereby students who graduate and become entrepreneurs or employed can
pay it forward. They do this by giving back or investing in a mutual fund to
help grow and scale YCAB’s mission-driven microfinance so that YCAB can empower
even more youths to take control of their own destiny.

in the position of Guru Bahasa Indonesia.
The following describes the position responsibilities and preferable skills

Responsibilities:
1. Mengajarkan sesuai kurikulum yang telah ditentukan;
2. Bertanggungjawab terhadap penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran;
3. Bertanggungjawab terhadap sistem administrasi belajar – mengajar, seperti
laporan belajar mengajar, form daftar hadir siswa, data siswa per semester dan
seluruh dokumen ISO lainnya sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku;
4. Membantu proses recruitment siswa baru di awal semester jika dibutuhkan;
5. Melakukan pendekatan personal kepada siswa-siswi baik di dalam maupun di
luar kelas;
6. Bertanggung jawab terhadap perkembangan keterampilan siswa;
7. Membuat laporan secara berkala kepada Head of PKBM dan Head of Progran
Operation.
Requirements:
1. Minimal S1 Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia;
2. Memiliki pengalaman mengajar minimal 1 Tahun;
3. Memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan komputer (Ms. Office);
4. Memiliki kemampuan membuat analisa power point, dan presentasi;
5. Memiliki pengetahuan tentang kurikulum pendidikan nasional dan
pengembangan dunia pendidikan terutama pengembangan karakter siswa;
6. Mampu berkomunikasi dan berpendapat dengan baik;
7. Mampu bekerja dalam tekanan;
8. Mampu bekerja dengan teliti dan detail;
9. Memiliki jiwa sosial (diutamakan);
10. Bersedia ditempatkan di Rumah Belajar Duri Kepa, Jakarta Barat.
