Currently, Yayasan KNCV Indonesia islooking for an:
HR Assistant
Duty Station: DKI Jakarta
The HR Assistant will provideday-to-day administrative support related to HR.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administration
- Provideadministrative and clerical support for accurate and up-to-date
human resourcefiles, records, and documentation
- Maintainemployee contact and information lists
- Handleand record all incoming and outgoing HR documents ensuring that they
aredistributed/sent to the appropriate people in a timely and efficient manner
- Preparepayment request with the required supporting documents related to HR
- Providesupport with organizing meetings and other events as requested
- Prepareworkstation and equipment for new staff and consultant
- Ensure accuracy& timely submission of employee timesheet
- SupportHR Officer to ensure that all employees’ performance evaluation are
conductedand well documented
- Support in the implementation of learning and developmentplans
- Supporton meeting scheduling and activities
2. ManagementSupport
- Recordingincoming and outgoing letters/memos, including filing and
distributing to therelevant parties (hard copies and soft copies in shared
folders)
- Ensurepreparations for all visitors to the office are arranged prior to
their arrival(this may include accommodation, travel arrangements, meetings,
welcome packincluding emergency contact numbers, etc.);
3. Performed other duties assigned bysupervisor.
Qualifications and Competencies:
1. Educational Qualification:
- Minimum ofbachelor’s degree
2. Competencies:
- Minimum 2 yearsdemonstrated experience in administration/secretarial work
- Strong Computerskills and advanced in email, word and excel
- Excellentwritten and oral communications skills, in both Bahasa Indonesia
and English
- Excellentinterpersonal skills, including patience, diplomacy, willingness
to listen andrespect for colleagues
- Able to createa supportive working environment amongst all staff
- Able to work aspart of a team or individually
- Motivated,proactive and willing to learn
- Punctual andreliable
