Yayasan KNCV Indonesia is a non-profit organization that aims to be astrong
local and self-sustaining organization dedicated to the fight
againsttuberculosis (TB) in Indonesia. Yayasan KNCV Indonesia promotes
effective,efficient, innovative and sustainable tuberculosis control strategies
inIndonesia. We are an organization of passionate TB professionals,including
doctors, researchers, training experts, and epidemiologists. We aimto stop the
spread of the TB epidemic and to prevent the further spread ofdrug-resistant TB.
For our newanticipated project, currently Yayasan KNCV Indonesia is lookingfor
a:
Project Coordinator
Duty Station: DKI Jakarta
The ProjectCoordinator will lead the project, playing a strategic role in
themanagement and technical side of the project, and ensure the objectives
areachieved.
Working closely with the Head of Project Management and The Head of Technical
Services, the Project Coordinator will be responsible forthe day to day
planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring and reporting ofthe project
activities. S/he is responsible to ensure the implementation ofactivities
adhere to YKI and donor requirements and lead to the
projectobjectives/deliverables.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop the implementation plan, considering the strategy to ensure that
the planned activities will meet the agreed timelines and objectives.
- Coordinate and provide technical assistance to the implementation of the
activities.
- Preparing the TOR activity, timeframes, schedule, and budget.
- Develop regular reports on the project progress.
- Together with the financial staff provide monthly analysis of budget
absorption and expected results.
- Coordinate with the DHO, health facilities, and other relevant
stakeholders to set develop activity plans and timelines.
Qualifications and Competencies:
1. EducationalQualification:
- Bachelor degree in management, public health or other related fields.
2. Skillsand Competencies:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in thehealth sector.
- Proven experience in developing the community network and advocacy.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in budget setting and management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong eye for
detail.
- Proactive approach to service provision and government, as well as the
ability to organize partnerships and maintain good relations within internal
and external Yayasan KNCV Indonesia.
- Excellent facilitation and management skills.
- Proficient at MS Office.
- Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills, in both Bahasa
Indonesia and in English.
- Ability to create a supportive working environment amongst all staff.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-cultural team and independently.
- Professional, self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, schedule and balance workloads
in the face of conflicting and uneven demands to meet deadlines.
- Diligent and honest with the ability to work well in a complex environment.
- Willing to travel and support internal/external events as needed.
