Individual Consultant Photographer / Videographer for Content Journey 2021
Based in Sumba (Local Hire Only)
Introduction
Indonesia is struggling because Pandemic COVID-19 this year. Because this
Pandemic, a lot of activities had to change and need adjustment to keep
running. For example, Content Gathering and methods of communication need to
change because this Pandemic. Before Pandemic, we could meet face to face and
travel to many places. But along this Pandemic, we cannot do that.
Before Pandemic, Retention Team along with other team such as Marketing
Communication or Communication Departement always travel to many cities to
check, capture, and deliver the Save the Children's program to all active
donors. But, because this Pandemic, traveling is restricted.
To adapt with this new situation, Retention Team work along with NBD, Marcomm,
and Comms to ensure deliver all the Save the Children's program stories to all
active donors. Before Pandemic, we should travel to gather data, picture,
video, or even story, now Retention Team using consultant to capture all the
moment.
To make sure the deliverables, all the consultant will work closely with each
Project Manager in many cities. They are also being watched by appointed person
in the city to make sure their work. To reduce the risk of COVID-19, all the
consultant not send from Jakarta, but using the local people where the program
held. This decision also to reduce risk of transmission COVID-19 from the
travel city to city.
Why we need to do this? Because of this Pandemic, all activities need to change
including gathering content. Second, the needed of content for 2021 is
important, this is urgent. Because we have a calendar commemoration, Donor
Journey, Donor Update, and Sixth Month Donor Journey. All those messages need
to deliver to active donor to make them stay in Save the Children.

III Objectives and Deliverables
Objectives
Create, record video and capture photos of all activities based on story on the
field that can accommodate to deliver story of Save the Children's program at
field site location, beneficiaries, parents, and staffs.
Deliverables
* Location based in near Sumba
* Record high quality video content (benefeciary, location, parents, and
staff)
* Capture high quality photos content (benefeciary, location, parents, and
staff)
* Create video and photos based on story on the field. The videos and
photos can tell the story of Save the Children's program on the field.
* Specification on the video qualities are as follows;
* When production is needed, the raw footage should be in the following
specifications:
Video format : MP4, Full HD 1080
Photo format: : JPEG, full resolution
Style : Sequence (wide, medium, close angle),
create from story in the field. Interview of beneficiary, parents, and staff.
Duration : Adjustable, at least 5 seconds long for each
video
* Delivery Format : Raw video and photos content
Qualification & Experiences
* Individual who worked in photojournalism, production house, or freelancer
videographer/photographer at least for 3-5 years.
* Doesn't have equipment issues, including camera and recording tools.
* Technical knowledge that include creative process in production photos
and videos.
* Proof of work with recent video and photos in the last 1 year.
* Familiarity with video story, proven with latest video.
* Ability to prioritize work to ensure projects are completed on time in a
cost-effective
* Live in around the city of Save the Children's Program (Sumba)
* Extensive knowledge of creative video and photos creation for engagement.
V1 Intellectual Property
All information pertaining to this project (documentary, audio, digital, cyber,
project documents, etc) belonging to YSTC, which the Consultant may come into
contact with in the performance of his/her, duties under this consultancy shall
remain the property of YSTC who shall have exclusive rights over their use.
Except for purposes of this assignment, the information shall not be disclosed
to the public nor used in whatever without written permission of YSTC in line
with the national and International Copyright Laws applicable.
VIII Term of payment
Payment will be given after completing deliverables
