DIGITAL FUNDRAISING DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
ROLE PURPOSE:
This role with work with Fundraising Development Manager to maximize income
from Digital Channel. He/she will coordinate with other fundraising team and
others unit to create and test donation platform in STC channel collaborate to
manage digital fundraising.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
* Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, requirements
gathering, timeline, design, test, release, and support/maintenance)
* Develop fully functional Web/Mobile applications with clean and well
document code
* Monitoring and coordinate with mobile apps agency
* Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
* Design interface to improve user experience
* Write unity and UI test to identify
* Develop sitemap that shows an overview of the website's structure
* Mockup design of the website to know how the web page will look like.
* Document and follow-up on important actions from meetings
* Provide regular progress report on the website development
* Training to users when necessary
* Support and implement CRM system (salesforce)
Desirable
* At least 3 years' experiences in corporate or international NGO
work-environment related to Digital/Web Developer
