Consultant for Photographer for CERIA program
1 (one) position based in Jakarta
1. Background
This year, FRMC runs new strategies prepared by the marketing communication
team. The aim is to raise funds and public awareness. We will show profile of
YSTC programs in various provinces in Indonesia in attractive communications
packages. Through this marketing strategy, YSTC hopes to get a positive
response from the public, especially donors who have joined YSTC while gaining
more funding and new donors.
To support FRMC, Marketing Communications will support Retention to fulfill
their content needs in 2020. Right in the beginning of the year, retention unit
needs to execute their communications plans to maintain donors. For these
reasons, Marketing and Communications unit requires to gather content with help
of visual, video, photos and copywriter professionals to help retention
actualize their plans.
II. The objective of consultancy
To collect visual in BELU â Ceria program. Communications carried out of the
gathering is to update donors.
III. Deliverables
Collect photo story of BELU ceria program
IV. Scope of Work
The selected consultant agrees to do works as follow:
1. Briefing with YSTC team to develop consultancy detail plan.
2. Collect photo throughout visit activities in Belu
V. Proposed Timeline and working days (accumulative)
Accumulative 30 working days, from 20-25 November 2019 and editing
VI. Expected Outputs:
All photo files produced should be delivered according to the standards
established by Save the Children and agreed with the consultant in accordance
to the terms of reference for each assignment.
All assets used to produce the photo, including project files, should be
delivered after completion of the assignment
At the end of each project, the consultant should be available (by phone or
email) for at least five business days to address questions or comments
VII. Competencies
Core Competencies:
· Interest in the Non-profit system and general knowledge of development
issues
· Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Functional Competencies:
· Ability in photography skill
· Ability in photo colour grading
