TheDeutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbHis a
German implementing organization which provides services worldwide in thefield
of international cooperation for sustainable development. GIZ promotescomplex
reforms and change processes. Its corporate objective is to improvepeople’s
living conditions on a sustainable basis. GIZ has been working inIndonesia
since 1975 on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for EconomicCooperation and
Development (BMZ).
One of theGIZ projects implemented in Indonesia is Social Protection
Programme(SPP).Currently GIZ SPP is seeking a consultant as “Technical Expert
forSupporting and Liaison Between Social Protection Programme GIZ (GIZ SPP)
andNational Development Planning Agency (BAPPENAS).” The detail service is
setforth in the attached Terms of Reference.

Proposalshould be consisting of:
- Financial offer (based on daily rates of 180 working days, allfigures in
IDR)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) with narrative description of the relevantexperience
and capacity
- Copy Taxpayer Registration Number (NPWP)
- All prices/rates must be inclusive of income tax (PPh 21) as GIZobliged to
withhold the income tax.
Theproposal will be evaluated considering weightage of 70:30 between
technical(CV) and financial offer.Thesubject line of the email shall include
the reference RFP No. 83374932 TechnicalExpert for Supporting and Liaison
Between Social Protection Programme GIZ (GIZSPP) and National Development
Planning Agency (BAPPENAS) - and thename of the submitting bidder.
