Development Communications Team Lead
Yayasan Tambuhak Sinta, a development foundation based in Palangka Raya, is
looking for a highly creative and disciplined individual to lead its small
development communications team in creating media that captures the spirit and
content of its diverse development program in Kalimantan Tengah.
This person must be an experienced creative thinker, familiar with working with
the full range of communication media and platforms, and able to provide
leadership and solid management to the communications team.
Experience and Requirements

At least 5 years’ experience with development communications

Experience with developing creative concepts for all forms of media
-
Excellent creative writing and editing skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English

Excellent translation and interpretation skills for Bahasa Indonesia & English
-
Good interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills

Good team leadership and collaboration skills
-
Prior work experience in a multi-cultural setting

University degree in a relevant subject – journalism, communication, English
