TheWorld Agroforestry (also known as ICRAF) in Southeast Asia is the
region’sleading agroforestry research-in-development organization which
generatesscience-based knowledge about the complexrole trees play in
agricultural landscapes and rural livelihoods. As part ofthe Centre’s work to
bring tree-based solutions to bear on poverty andenvironmental problems,
researchers – working in close collaboration withpartners – are developing new
technologies, tools and policy recommendationsfor increased food security and
ecosystem health.
TheCentre’s headquarters are located in Nairobi, Kenya, and research is
conductedin 34 countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America. We are supported by

Aboutthe position
Under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Accountant, theJunior
Accountant provides support to the Finance Services Unit with emphasison the
following areas: checking completeness of payment request, journal
entrytransactions, maintain field office report, take a lead on Travel
Advance(TA)/Travel Expense Claim (TEC) module and other finance request ad hoc.

Requirements
· Minimumeducation bachelor’s degree (S-1) in Accounting, Administration,
Management,related discipline
· Minimumof 3 (three) years of relevant Accounting/finance experience is
required,preferably in not-for-profit organization.
· Experiencein using Agresso is desirable.
Personal Competencies
· Strong computer skills in in theuse of computers and office software
packages (i.e. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint,Excel and Access).
· Basic administrative anddocumentation skills.
· Strong character, multitaskingperson who is able to work under
pressure.
· Well organized; able to meetdeadlines, good understanding of time
management.
· Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently as well as in
a team.
· Good interpersonal skills andability to work well in multi-cultural
teams.
· Good knowledge of communication(Indonesian and English).
· Demonstrated effective written andverbal communication skills
(Indonesian and English).
· Willing to learn new skills/knowledgerelated to the scope/content of
the specific projects.
· Generates creative, practicalapproaches to overcome challenging
situations.
· Willing to receive feedback fromothers.
· Has a vision to develop theorganization and an intention of continuous
