Position Title: Graphic Designer Consultant
Detailed Description of Tasks tobe Performed:
The USAID-fundedproject, Linkages Across the Continuum of HIV Services for Key
PopulationsAffected by HIV (LINKAGES), under the President's Emergency Plan for
AIDSRelief (PEPFAR) program is implemented by FHI 360 in partnership with
Pact,IntraHealth International and the University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill,and conducts a range of activities to reduce HIV transmission among
keypopulations (KP) — sex workers, men who have sex with men, transgender
personsand people who inject drugs — and improve their enrollment and retention
incare and treatment across the HIV cascade. LINKAGES will accelerate the
abilityof governments, key population leaders, organizations working with
keypopulations, and private-sector providers to plan and implement services
thatreduce HIV transmission among key populations and their sexual partners
andextend the lives of those already living with HIV
Over the course of theprogram, LINKAGES will engage a variety of Special
Experts to amplify localcapacity for long-term sustainability and country
ownership of key populationprogramming. LINKAGES Indonesia broad vision is to
become known, reliable andprofessional technical assistance provider at
national, provincial and districtlevel as well as at site level. In order to do
that LINKAGES Indonesia isplanned to have strong branding and marking and
ensure all branding and markingactivities and materials are in line with USAID
branding and marking policy andFHI 360 internal policy.
The consultant will workunder supervision of the Program Administration
Assistance and guidance from theProgram Manager. His task will be producing
various branding and markingmaterials including communication material
templates, reports, tools and otherprogram documents/products and publications.
Specific activities mayinclude:
1. Design key visual artwork to beapplied on web-based and social media app
as assigned
2. Design LINKAGES program documents,tools, reports and publications as
assigned
3. Design training manuals, modulesand facilitator guides as assigned
4. Design program PPT slide deck andflowchart as assigned
5. Design event materials includingbanner, backdrop, wall banner, hands
out, t-shirt and other promotion materialsas assigned
6. Design job aides to support newinnovation implementation for outreach
workers and health care workers asassigned
7. Design other communicationmaterials as assigned
