JOB PURPOSE:
· Conduct assessment to thebeneficiary to verify the data from the
database storage
· Sort the overlapped data frommultiple projects
· Coordinate with localgovernment
· Distribute vouchers and/orcoordinate with DuitHape technical officers in
the field
· Ensure that the packages arereceived by the beneficiaries
· Monitor the live data dashboardand transaction
· Monitor the livelihood recoveryof the beneficiary post the distribution
· Conduct Post-Distributionmonitoring survey

The role holderwill work closely with the following:
· Programmes Department(including Programme Manager, Programme
Coordinator, Programme Partners)
· Local People and Government
· Targeted Beneficiaries
PERSONSPECIFICATION
· It is essential that the postholder shows a good understanding and
empathy with the Islamic values andprinciples as well as commitment to IRW’s
vision and mission.
· Knowledge of Islamic Relief beneficiaryselection process is an asset
· Have strong communication skill
· Have driving license(Motorbike)
· Experience working with IslamicRelief project is desirable
