HabitatIndonesia is seeking the expertise of a CommunicationManager Planning
and developing policies and communication systems(internal & external),
ensuring the message is right and engaging in orderto support and achieve
service targets. Also known as a communications manager,their main duties
include coordinating and controlling communication systems,preparing detailed
media reports, press releases, and marketing materials.
COMMUNICATION MANAGER (COMM)
KeyResponsibility :
1. Createa strategy and plan for annual communication materials that are
regular,thematic, and ad hoc, based on the vision, mission, and principles of
theorganization to increase brand awareness and organizational achievement.
2. Embody(transformation) and ensure the Vision, Mission, and Values of
the Organizationin every communication material can be received and carried out
in allcommunication systems.
3. Maximizeall communication materials to always be oriented towards
increasing brandawareness and increasing organizational achievement without
neglecting thevision, mission, and organizational principles.
4. Reviewregularly to ensure all communication materials are "up to date"
bothfrom performance and comply with applicable laws.
5. Becomea communication center (in all communication systems) - Creating
integratedcoordination, both inside and outside the organization.
6. Planningand managing the resources (budget, time, and energy) of an
annualcommunication system, and making monthly financial reports that are
reported tothe CFO, COO, and ND.
7. Underthe supervision of ND, set the desired service quality standards,
adjusted tothe planning time and budget.
8. Decidedthe time and workflow in each communication material creation.
Assess the workperformance of his subordinates periodically.
JobRequirements :
1. Bachelor’sdegree in communications, journalism, public relations or
relevant field.
2. Having5 years of experience in communication, content, writing, or
related role.
3. Experiencewith content marketing, creative campaigns, social platforms
and SEO
4. Mustbe a strong communicator, have excellent written, presentation,
andinterpersonal skills.
5. Ableto work well in a team environment, handle multiple assignments and
meetdeadlines.
6. Softwareskills : (Coreldraw, Photoshop, Adobe, Office 365, etc)
7. Provenresults managing social media platforms to engage multiple
audiences
8. Fluentin English.
9. Happyto Serve.
10. Previousnonprofit experience (preferred)
