Physikalisch- TechnischeBundesanstalt (PTB) is currently looking for short-term
experts in Indonesia. PTB is the National Metrology Institute of Germany and
one of theimplementing agencies of the International Cooperation funded by the
FederalMinistry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ).
PTBtogether with the Directorate for New and Renewable Energies and
EnergyConservation (EBTKE) is implementing the project “Strengthening
QualityInfrastructure for the Photovoltaic (PV) Sector in Indonesia”. The
objectiveof the project is to improve quality assurance in the PV sector to
supportnew and existing PV systems in Indonesia in line with international
goodpractice.
To increase the flexibilityand sustainability of the project, additional
project staff based in Indonesiais required to support the implementation. The
additional staff is expectedto have a qualified PV background and preferably
knowledge of quality infrastructureto support the project in technical matters.
The consultants willtake over specific tasks and work in close coordination
with the NationalProject Representative and the other project consultants,
under supervisionof the Project Coordinator.
The consultant willbe contracted with short-term contracts and a maximum of 10
working daysper-month. The first contract will be awarded for three months as a
probationaryperiod. The participation in Trainings of Trainers may be required
andwill be supported with per diems and travel expenses.
Currently we prioritizecandidates who are qualified and interested in
conducting trainings oftrainers on relevant national/international standards
for the design, installationand operation of PV systems.
